We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will provide a refund or replacement upon return of the product.

Cancelling your Order (After Shipment)

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel prior to its delivery: Refuse acceptance if the shipment was sent via FedEx. If the order is received via USPS, write return to sender on the box and return it to the nearest post office. It will be returned to us. Once received, you will receive a full refund for the product. ** The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Replacement / Exchange / Defective Products:

If your products arrive damaged, the order received is incorrect, or the product is defective;  we will gladly replace or refund the items. Please complete the RMA form (under your order details on your account) and a shipping label will be sent to you as well as instructions on returning the product. Once we receive the returned item, a full refund or replacement will be issued.  We will cover the return shipping expenses and shipping expenses to replace the item.

*We do not accept returns on candles that are not burned in accordance with our standard burning guidelines. 
 
**Any items that are returned damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Other Returns:

If you are not happy with your product for any reason and would like to return it, request a RMA number from our website
(under your order details on your account) and ship the item with the shipping carrier of your choice or by requesting a return shipping label from us. Please include the RMA form or original invoice in your package. Once the item is received, you will be provided a Full Refund. We accept returns of used products on a case by case basis. 

*The return shipping expense will not be reimbursed. If a return label is provided, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total refund due.

**Any items that are returned damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee.


**In some cases, a return of the product will be considered impractical and a replacement or refund will be processed without a need to send the product back to us.
