We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have created return guidelines to simplify the return / exchange process. Please understand we are a small business and try to balance returns, shipping, and customer satisfaction while not bankrupting the company.

Returning your products prior to shipment:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel prior to is shipping, email us at [email protected]. If we are able to cancel the order in time, a complete refund will be issued and the order cancelled. 

Returning your products after shipment:

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel prior to its delivery: Refuse acceptance and return the UNOPENED package to the shipping service that delivered your package. It will be returned to us at no additional charge to you. Once received, you will receive a full refund for the product. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

If you open the packaged prior to returning your products please contact us and we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Replacement / Exchange / Defective Products:

If your order received is incorrect or the product is defective; we will gladly replace or refund the items. Please complete the RMA form (under your order details on your account) and a shipping label will be sent to you as well as instructions on returning the product. Once we receive the returned item, a full refund or replacement will be issued.  We will cover the return shipping expenses and shipping expenses to replace the item.

**We do not accept returns on candles that are not burned in accordance with our standard burning guidelines. 
 
Any items that are returned damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

Products Damaged During Shipment:

We automatically insure all USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground / Express shipments for $100. Flat Rate shipping does not include shipping insurance. We offer additional insurance that may be purchased by the customer at checkout. We will not replace, refund,  or accept returns on products damaged during shipping unless the items were insured by the customer, or through the shipping service selected.  


Other Returns:

If you are not happy with your product for any reason and would like to return it, request a RMA number from our website
(under your order details on your account) and ship the item with the shipping carrier of your choice or by requesting a return shipping label from us. Please include the RMA form or original invoice in your package. Once the item is received, you will be provided a full refund. We accept returns of used products on a case by case basis.

*The return shipping expense will not be reimbursed. If a return label is provided, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total refund due.

**Any items that are returned damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee.


**In some cases, a return of the product will be considered impractical and a replacement or refund will be processed without a need to send the product back to us.
